I spent much of my formative years in the suburbs outside the fast-paced energy of Washington, D.C. The nearest escape into nature was the Shenandoah National Park, where I first discovered a deep appreciation for the outdoors. Hiking its trails and experiencing its expansive landscapes awakened a sense of wonder that has stayed with me ever since.

 

Today, I find endless inspiration exploring the remarkable diversity of Arizona and the Southwest, from the Sonoran Desert and the red rock landscapes of Sedona to the region's mountains, canyons, and vast open spaces. These places continue to shape both my perspective and my work as an artist.
